The property is close to everything we wanted. Some minor maintenance is required but overall good.

Apartment was nice, clean and all ameneties comfortable. Didn't receive check in details until i called to follow them up. No onsite parking so had to carry all our luggage in from the street in the pooring rain. Apartment is a good 20 min walk to the esplenade and under the flight path, bit deceiving on the listing.
