「The hotel is rated 4 stars overall, except that the reception staff lacked enthusiasm. However, the service and food quality of the buffet breakfast were appreciated.」

「Bien」

「Seems to be the only hotel choice in town, and it is fine. But nothing particularly nice at all. There's no decor on the walls; very little lighting in the room. The mattress was very hard and one of the two (twins pushed together) had springs that poked me at night. Terrace overlooking port was nice to have but view is partially covered by wooden slats, I guess for shade, there were two outdoor chairs one with cig burn holes. The hotel is in a perfect area. Around the corner are many...

「Hotel Villa San Carlo was a disappointment. The hosts are exceedingly nice, but the hotel itself is in dire need of an update. Nothing has been done in 20 years. The beds are wildly uncomfortable, the bathrooms less functional from the shower cabins to the 20 year old hair dryers. Air conditioning works sometimes, WiFi is sketchy and the breakfast is severely lacking. Even for Italian standards. The same sad hard boiled eggs came from the fridge 3 days in a row.」

「Beautiful property and fabulous restaurant. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The owners went out of their way to take care of us. We will be back!」

「Booked two rooms through the app. Arrived after a long drive through the mountains, only to be told our reservation had been cancelled — no call, no email, no warning. The explanation was a "system error" that apparently left them unaware they had no rooms. They moved us to another hotel. Calling it a downgrade is generous — the room felt more like a hospital ward than a hotel, closer to a cell than anything we had paid for. If you cancel a confirmed booking on guests standing in your lobby at...

「Loved the pool on the roof. Great place. A little weird to get to the beach but not a show stopper.」

「Très bon accueil」

「Stunning Villa with everything within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and really beautiful. Loved the blackout blinds as well. Laundry is available for use which was great for us after four weeks of traveling. Special mention to Andra who went above and beyond for us really appreciate everything she did. Only area for improvement would be breakfast, could be a bit less clunky with the ordering system etc and our order was always a bit wrong. Quality of the food was really good...

「Great room and great service. The staff is very nice, helpful. Will come back for sure.」
