“This property was even better than expected! Our family of seven, ranging in age from 11 - 78 years old, used this as our home base to explore the area, from Manuel Antonio down to Uvita. We fished, walked the whale tail, hiked Nauyaca Falls, and explored beaches, and the Lattice House location was perfect! We also spent alot of time at the property, between exploring the orchard, watching wildlife that visited each day, and relaxing in the pool and hot tub area, with beautiful ocean……

“We stayed here as a family of 4. Absolutely beautiful home and property. My kids loved the pool and each having their own bathroom. We watched toucans and other birds in the trees and iguanas, Jesus lizards and geckos run around the grounds. A/C in the bedrooms was lovely. The living room and kitchen could be a bit stuffy in the middle of the day, but we were out by the pool during those hours anyway!”

The views were breathtaking, and although we left the property we had everything we needed plus more right at the property. Patricia was so helpful in coordinating our excursions, the in house Chef Service(we highly recommend) and our transportation from the airport to the house and then our car rental delivery to the house. “Nice property just just minutes up the hill from Uvita. We had rented a Rave 4 and spent a few days in Santa Teresa and Arenal before going to Uvita. Got a message from Andrea saying to make sure our vehicle had a 4 wheel drive button or it wouldn't make it up the hill. Decided to change vehicles to a Toyata Land Cruiser Prado. Good thing we did. Not sure the Rave 4 would have made it up the hill! Excellent property, very private, and a great Ocean view. Loren, the property manager, was very……

“We had a group of 11 adults for a joint bachelorette party. The property manager, Wil, was the most critical part of our experience—he was WONDERFUL! He went above and beyond with everything we asked for. Transfers, tours, private chef services! It is about a 3 hour ride from the airport and one of the bedrooms has a separate entrance outside of the home. The couple that stayed there preferred the privacy so it was perfect. All the rooms are spacious and well kept. We used the pool every evening……

“The QUEEN beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed (except no hot water in the sink had me boiling water for dishwashing). I especially loved the two burner convection cooktop. The pool was relaxing after busy days. Between the fenced yard and the police station just up the street made us feel safe. It’s close to waterfall, brewery, restaurants, and stores. Questions and recommendations from Manuel were extremely helpful and timely. Thanks for a wonderful VRBO……
