Had people unknown to us open their doors into both sides of rental car leaving tiny dents. Car company charged us AUD$5400 in Xs.」

Not all services included eg water, milk, icecream all cost extra. No flexibility to swap half board B&D buffet to an occasional a la carte...

「The pool closes at 6 or 7pm. Considering in July its very hot and humid and almost too hot to be out in the sun, If the pool was open late, say until 10pm would have been very nice! Even after the sun went down it was still 90f outside. Also the elevator kept breaking and we got stuck inside then had to take the stairs. Otherwise its a beautiful resort.」

「We loved our stay here! As American travelers, we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff and they were super accommodating for every request. The breakfast was delicious and they even made to order some of the meal. The room was clean and we even had our own patio in the back. The AC and backyard was fabulous and we could not recommend this stay more.」

「A beautiful resort that made us feel right at home. Quiet and peaceful! Just what we needed! The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Not having a kettle in the room was initially frustrating but the staff were quick to respond and provided us with one for our morning tea. Overall, the breakfast was excellent but it would have been nice to have a bigger selection of fresh fruit. Thank you so much for allowing us to spend a couple of extra hours around the pool and accommodating us...

「Alberto ist ein super Gastgeber. Das Frühstück im Vorhof ist sehr nett. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, um mit dem Auto verschiedenen Strände zu besuchen und abends zu Fuß in die Innenstadt zu gehen. Wir würden wieder kommen.」

「Es war soweit alles sehr gut organisiert und es war seeehr familienfreundlich. Wer als Pärchen reist, muss mit lauten Kindern am Pool rechnen. Der Strand ist 15 Minuten entfernt. Alle waren immer freundlich. Ein Parkplatz, der zur Unterkunft gehört, wäre besser gewesen.」
