"To start, the hotel staff are so friendly and welcoming - right from the start helping us locate parking just in front of the hotel. We could always find a spot. The location is perfect for exploring Sant’ Antioco, but returning to a beach town. Within a short walk is an area on the beach they have reserved for guests. I do believe we paid extra with our reservation to have chairs reserved each day. The water is turquoise, calm and clear and you can go out forever before the water depth reaches your waist… beautiful!!! We had dinner the first night at the restaurant and it was excellent. Order the tiramisu fir a unique experience! The waiters were kind and funny - it was a real treat to eat there. Only a few rooms have deck railings which are solid meaning you can’t see the water if sitting on your deck. I’d avoid these if possible. The swimming pool area was very nice, with drink service available. We didn’t go in, but it looked inviting. We enjoyed our stay and would go back."

"Wonderful location with beautiful view and sunsets. There is a short hike to a small cove with great swimming - very quiet location in the mid Sept.Well equipped kitchen and great communication with the host - highly recommended !"

"Ein sehr schönes, großes Haus mitten im Nirgendwo. Wer die Einsamkeit sucht, ist hier richtig. Tolle Terrasse mit Ausblick. Man hat viel Platz und kann sich ausbreiten. Küche ist mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet, es gibt einen Steinofen-Pizzagrill im Außenbereich und eine Außendusche (zusätzlich zu der im Bad). Einziges Manko: im August (trotz mehrerer starker Ventilatoren) ohne Klimaanlage kaum zu ertragen - vor allem nachts!"

"The room that we occupied was very spacious with large beds in both the spacious loft and the larger room below. The unit was nicely furnished and decorated and had a very pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom and shower room were spacious, recently renovated and completely functional. Giovanni was pleasant and attentive to our needs. He served us breakfast, a variety of pastries and breads, juice, yoghurt, along with cappuccinos, on the front patio. Visitors will appreciate Tenuta Blancamar most when they know that it is a working sheep farm, complete with the sights, sounds and smells that accompany the associated activities. We enjoyed watching Giovanni’s friendly and dedicated sheep dogs as they performed their duties."
