「I have forgotten to take back my passport during checkin. On the next day of checkout I was super panic that I have lost my passport. I searched all my luggages and could not find it. At the end I realized the receiption has kept it. I am UNSURE why they did not return the passport to me to my room. A large part of the bathroom facilities are rusted making it a bit uncomfortable. 」

I got sick during my stay, and the front desk was kind enough to help me call a local taxi so I could get to a clinic. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to my friends. 「Casa Solcor is like a beautiful oasis in the desert. The entire place is adorably decorated. The staff was extremely helpful with any questions we had about the area or the facility. They helped us plan our daily adventures, set up the hot tub for us, arranged for food delivery... any request they handeled swiftly and kindly. I would love to go back in warmer weather to take advantage of the beautiful pools and common lounge areas. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!」
