You can go canoeing, swimming, sailing and jet skiing on the Lot River 3 km away. Medieval towns such as Saint-Cirq-Lapopie and Puy-L'Evèque are within a half-hour's drive. Bergerac, Bordeaux and Sarlat are all well worth a trip. You will find a tennis court, restaurant, and supermarket 4km away.

The home has a garden with furniture and a terrace with barbecue. It is child-friendly and has a children’s bed and high chair.
