「We were greeted with friendly and very helpful staff from the minute we walked in the doors. He even helped us with our luggage, and phoned us after we left to be sure we had a pleasant stay at his hotel - Budget Inn in DeWitt Iowa. 「The smoke was unbearable and my room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking」

「Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend This hotel is in desperate need of some major updates and maintenance. Our room had peeling paint, and areas of the ceiling that had clearly been patched were already peeling again. The stand holding the microwave and refrigerator was also broken. 「The service is not warm .the room facilities and simple.the bath towels are too old and smelly. The sheets and pillows are too old and seem to have not been replaced」

「It's a really cool historic hotel, rooms are a good size, bed made for an excellent sleep. Would definitely come back!」

「the room was clean, the hot tub needed work. you could not use hot/cold together or the pipes would start rattling. the room was very big. the breakfast was better than the last time we stayed.」

「Laki was very helpful in extending my stay. Very nice property that's will cared for. Be aware their aren't actually on Brady rather a service road right next to the main highway」

「Nice town and a great place to stay if you are going through !」

「This is my first time that a my place and I will definitely stay at one again. It is not your standard hotel with bad breakfast food in the morning. I really liked that it had a very well set up kitchen if I happen to be staying for a while. People just need to know to bring everything they will need in the kitchen. No supplies are provided.」

「Wasn't bad, could've been more sanitary tho」

「Staff was great Hot tub was not operational Otherwise Davenport was nice」
