“My friend and arrived at Kyle Gardens on Saturday 25/02/23 at 2pm, there were no one to greet us, the security guard did not speak English, after a couple of hours waiting in 31 degrees heat, someone finally came to see us, we later found out that a couple were still in our flat A1-03, dispite checking out is 11am.
