Come see our immaculate new home professionally designed to meet a family friendly environment where you can host your friends and family to every gathering. The Sawtooth home has all the necessities to bring a heart warm feeling during your stay. This is a must if you're looking for a nice place to stay in a small cozy neighborhood tucked away but close to all the needed things in Caldwell, ID. The home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, single level.

**Please Note:**
This home is professionally cleaned and maintained, but as a lived-in rental, **normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic blemishes, or light scuffs/dings may be present**. These do not affect the functionality or comfort of your stay. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to address any issues that arise during your visit.

VRBO listing showed property location 1 block from town when it was over a 12 minute drive. In real estate it is location, location, location. Unfortunately VRBO misrepresented the location, and they were unwilling to formally acknowledge any misrepresentation...I am mystified. Thankfully, the property managers, Bryce and Callie came to the rescue and got me relocated to a very nice property near town. They have been extremely helpful and responsive. Bryce and Callie get an AAA+ rating in my book.

Our VRBO residence was amazing. Very clean and comfortable, close to downtown, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. We will definitely look to stay there again in the future.

Quiet neighborhood that seemed safe, parking in driveway. Comfortable beds. Master en suite on opposite side of home from other 2 bedrooms. Grass yard, but not fenced. Very tiny outdoor patio with no chairs or BBQ. Great indoor space, but not a great outdoor space. Worked well for us.

This home fit our needs perfectly. We were in town for our sons C of I lacrosse game against NNU. This home is centrally located between both campuses. The home was clean and in a very quiet new neighborhood...wouldn't hesitate to book again
