“We came as a group of family and friends to observe the eclipse. We wanted plenty of space and proximity to other things to do, like hiking and the winery. This fit the bill and was quite affordable too. In addition to enjoying the property, we drove to Letchworth State Park, which’s was only 45 mins away abs very worthwhile. We loved the (steep) hike down to hemlock lake, and the short walk to Oh-Neh-Da Winery too. It was a great home base for our long weekend.”

“Close to RIT for graduation. Hopefully the listing was corrected as there is no hot tub. Owner was very timely in response to my 3 questions. I will mention that the toilet seat needs different screws so that it doesn’t move. The bathtub needs a mat or a non-skid surface. Just to mention, this is a 100 year old house so the floors do creak mostly in the upstairs hallway. The rate charged was a fair price for the house.”

“This home was everything we were hoping for. It was clean, spacious, away from everyone and the pond was an extra especially with all the fish to be caught and the bull frogs singing. Nikki, the host and her husband Randy were the best hosts who live right up the road on the pond right next to the pond in front of the home we stayed in. “This property is super charming, and the listing is exact. Although the surrounding area may seem sketchy, it truly isn't. This apartment is located in a historical front of Rochester where multicultural elements are presented. The area is extremely quiet to be so close to the downtown area and Nick Tahou Hots is literally within walking distance. Rochester garbage plates, yum yum! The master room has a super firm, but comfortable mattress with a white noise speaker available to help ease you……
