“Building felt older and not kept up. Lighting in room and building very poor. A can light in our bathroom in the wall that shone across the top of the room rather than down from the ceiling. Couldn't see well in the bathroom mirror due to lighting. Only one lamp beside our bed which made the room dark. Must had been a water leak going on. “Pros- I made the reservation at the last minute and because it was after 12 it had me check in at 3pm that day. Which was fine. As long as the hotel has room, usually they are able to just change the reservation. I mistakenly asked for a smoking room but he was able to change it for me. The staff was friendly and other than the below complaint, the room was clean and the sheets even smelled really good. Cons - However, changing the room to nonsmoking didn’t seem to matter.
