"The host was chill, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We paid for the shuttle service which was very convenient. The location is within walking distance from many great sites, including Trafalgar falls. I'd recommend staying for more than 1 night to really enjoy the area. The spa and natural pools in the river where perfectly refreshing. There is no bug net, but the fan did the trick and there weren't many biting bugs around anyway. I'd highly recommend the dinner! The portions are generous!"

Ms. Clarke and Mr. Capitolin were exceptional, always making sure our family was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Ardelia for keeping our room impeccably clean throughout our stay. It was spotless every day, and her hard work did not go unnoticed. We also want to recognize Sierra, our waitress, who was always friendly, attentive, and welcoming.
