CELL SERVICE
There is little to no cell service on the way to Wander Calistoga Valley after Santa Rosa. We recommend taking note of the WiFi password and access code beforehand, which is available on the “Trips” tab in the Wander app. Cell network strength can vary by topology, time of day, weather, and whether you’re located inside or outside of a vehicle or house.

WILDLIFE WARNING
The Napa Valley wine country is home to coyotes, rattlesnakes, spiders, and mountain lions. To ensure the safety of children and pets, it is recommended to avoid bushes or reaching under long grass and to bring some pepper spray when going out for a hike or jog.

NOISE
We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or create excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Quiet time at this property is between 8PM and 7AM. Failure to adhere to this, including complaints from neighbors, will result in a fine of $1,000.

POOL HEAT
There's a $250 per day fee for pool heating. Let us know before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

PET POLICY
This home is pet-friendly and welcome to your furry friends during your stay. However, I do have some rules and a pet fee to preserve our home’s delicate luxury furniture and linens.

• Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
• Pet owners will be responsible for damage and charged through their payment on file.
• Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays.

NOTE: This fee does not cover damage by breaking the pet policy rules. Please note that we’ll be charging any extra damages done to the property by your pet.
