「This is a great property. The area was quiet and located in a nice neighborhood. The house was perfect for four adults and there was plenty of room for all four of our cars. The backyard is very nice and plenty of room to gather. I would highly recommend the property.」

「It’s a very special place, especially for those who want solitude and natural beauty. The house is a rustic farmhouse. The kitchen is new and very nice. The bedrooms are a mix of queen beds, bunk beds, and a small room with a full size (tight fit). The house is bigger than the two of us need, but the property is so beautiful it’s worth it to us. We do day excursions to surrounding sights, but mostly we hang out on the lawn by the small pond and creek and read, plus stare at the expansive view!」

Kitchen was well-equipped, game room, outdoor toys, zipline over the pond, enormous grassy field, and an outstanding view of Mt Shasta. Easy check in, and minimal check-out requirements. 「Nice roomy cabin with lots of open space. There were five of us staying at this time and everyone loved the experience. The beds were very comfortable and the large property was very nice just to walk around and enjoy. we were here with our cars for a car show, and the only negative thing was that the driveway was gravel and dirt and made for a lot of extra cleaning prior to our show events.」

「This is our third stay at the cottage. We love the house and the location. This year we had the special treat of ripe cherries on the trees. This is a great place for family and dogs. The beds are very comfortable. The yard is great for kids and dogs. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals. And the deck is a delight for early morning andlate evening gatherings.」

「We spent a full week at Headwaters with our family of five plus our dogs. We had teen to grandparents and were all very comfortable. We cooked in every night and found the kitchen well stocked! Loved the fenced, large yard as well as large grassy front yard that felt very secluded and private. We were able to enjoy the hot tub even with the heatwave that we arrived in the beginning of our trip. The owner was very responsive to trouble with an AC unit and got it fixed ASAP and even set us up with...

「Everything was wonderful, the only reason why I rated the accuracy of listing as a 3 is because I thought there was access to the outdoors from the kitchen. There is a door from the kitchen to the outdoors but access is under construction. You can get to the outdoor area from one of the bedrooms which is just not ideal for us. I'm looking forward to this upgrade!」
