The first bedroom is paired with a dedicated dressing room and features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a private shower and WC. This room also benefits from direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom is appointed with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length and enjoys exits to both the garden and the terrace, offering a particularly pleasant connection to the outdoor spaces. The third bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length and also opens directly onto the terrace. In addition to the private shower and WC found in the first bedroom, the villa includes a further shower and WC, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin, bringing the total bathroom facilities to 2 dedicated areas serving the household.
