My wife and I had a wonderful stay in the house, it had everything we needed for a relaxing week. We enjoyed spending time in the pool, walking in the forest nearby, and visiting the surrounding towns. If you are looking for a nice size house with a swimming pool, within close proximity to the local towns, this is for you!

We had a lovely week in Imma’s house in Calonge. The pool was great and there was plenty of space inside and outside for us to enjoy. The house is in short driving distance of lots of beautiful beaches and places to visit. Imma gave us good recommendations for markets and places to eat.

Despite the rainy weather the first days of our two weeks-stay, we very much enjoyed the holiday house. The house was comfortable, spacy and clean on arrival. The garden, with swimming pool, has several sitting areas. Imma was a very friendly and helpful host and our accidental encounters with her husband Frank were pleasant. We most probably will return in the future.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Frank and Immas villa. They were very accommodating hosts. The entire home was well kept and prepared with everything that we needed. Wi-Fi had a good connection. The location of the house is very close to the calonge centre. Would definitely recommend this villa!

Outstanding is the only word that adequately describes Imma & Frank’s beautiful villa in Calonge, Cataluña. Five minutes from great beaches, the wonderful coastal town of Plaja d’ Aro {we enjoyed their annual Carnival, largest parade in all of Cataluña, 7 hours long) and the villa is centrally located to see and enjoy all of Cataluña. It is just over an hour to Barcelona by car or more fun taking the coastal train to the Gothic Quarter and La Rambla. North from Cadaques to French boarder via the coastal drive is a must with castles, great views and fishing villages with a French atmosphere. Just north of the French Boarder are a series of wonderful French coastal villages that are must stops. If you wish to see all that Cataluña offers this is the perfect location for your base. Gerona ‘old town’ is the place to be on Saturday afternoon and evenings. The villa is modern by all standards, with a large gorgeous ‘family room’ furnished with beautiful collector quality vintage furniture overlooking the inviting pool and barbecue with a large patio. Full kitchen, two inviting fire places to stay cozy (my stay was all of February), solar heating, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, large front porch & ocean facing top floor patio. I chose this villa based on the picture layout along with its central location wishing to have a warm home like setting and I found the villa to be just what I hoped for. Gated parking near the front patio along with an inviting front and rear yard. Pictures tell the whole story and you will be very comfortable as I was. Fast internet allowed video streaming of my US based Direct TV along with a few English channels on the multi-language satellite system. With the above description this review would not be complete without sharing my WARM welcome and support by Imma and Frank who insured that all of my needs were met and went out of their way to make my month long stay nothing short of wonderful. The villa is great but the hosts are even more wonderful and a true delight in every way. Imma even went to bat for me on a parking ticket I received spending several hours trying to wade through the Spanish legal system. I would like to think that Imma and Frank provided special care and attention just for me but I suspect they do the same for all their visitors simply because that is the way they are, warm hosts that care about you. I spend my winters in southern Europe and this is by far my most comfortable villa to date. Thanks to Imma & Frank

Maison rustique et confortable pour nos vacances d'été. Imma est très accueillante. Piscine très sympa même si l'eau était encore fraîche a cause de la météo :-( Il faut juste faire attention car il y a beaucoup de petites marches d'escaliers dehors mais l'extérieur est bien équipé et agréable (transats, tables et chaises de tous les côtés de la maison pour profiter des différents moments de la journée) Nous conseillons !

We hebben het heerlijk gehad! Imma de eigenaresse is fantastisch. Alles wordt geregeld als je iets vraagt. Maar alles was al aanwezig en groot fijn huis met veel plekjes om te zitten, uitgebreid keuken gerei. Wij overwegen het zeker om terug te komen.

We’ve had a very pleasant stay. The house is very spacious and equipped with every comfort. The pool is top. We were here in the summer and therefore had a lot of pleasure of the pool, terras, poolbeds and parasols. Imma and her husband were very friendly and helpfull. Das Ferienhaus war genau so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Es hat sehr viel Platz und viele Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen aussen und innen. Es hat nichts gefehlt und war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool wurde gereinigt und wir haben sogar etwas gegen die lästigen Mücken bekommen. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und haben uns auch gute Tipps gegeben. Die Übergabe verlief absolut problemlos und unkompliziert. Einziger Nachteil war der Zustand der Strasse, die neu gemacht wird. Dadurch gab es auch Baulärm. DANKE für unseren tollen Aufenthalt!

Nous venons de passer une excellente semaine de vacances chez Imma. Nous avons été reçu comme si nous étions à la maison en famille. La villa est très agréable et spacieuse. Nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous pendant une semaine dans cette magnifique villa très bien entretenue et bien équipée. La grande piscine a été très appréciée vu les fortes températures extérieures. Situation idéale pour visiter Begur, Calella de Palafrugell, Tossa de Mar , le magnifique village médiéval de Peratallada… Du choix pour les Commerces proches ( Spar, Carrefour market…) Coup de coeur pour le restaurant « Rio de oro » accessible à pieds en bas du quartier . Et évidemment merci à notre gentille Hôte Imma qui nous a très bien accueilli et qui est très disponible et à l écoute. Seuls petits désagréments ;concernant les bruits de chantier dûs travaux en cours dans le quartier et l aboiement des chien . Dans la chambre parentale a l étage ,un lit 2 places serait + confortable .

Haus und Garten bieten ausreichend Platz. Durch die Bäume im Garten ist immer ein schattiges Plätzchen zu finden. Die Vermieter sind immer hilfsbereit und bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle. Die Anlage ist ordentlich und gepflegt.
