“La nostra opinione sull’appartamento della signora Rosanna è estremamente negativa! Avevamo prenotato a marzo 2019, ossia 4 mesi prima del nostro arrivo per un soggiorno che sarebbe dovuto durare 35 giorni. Nel descrivere la proprietà su Homeaway.it, era contemplato l'uso del garage privato. Questa caratteristica oltre alla descrizione generale dell’appartamento ci ha motivato a scegliere questa casa. Giunti a Niscemi tuttavia abbiamo scoperto che la signora Rosanna non aveva ancora ottenuto……

“Wenn man in der nahe gelegenen Via Mercato einen Parkplatz ergattert hat, ist es nicht mehr weit zum Apartment. Die Ferienwohnung ist zentral, praktisch und gut. Leider hat bei uns die Klimaanlage gestreikt und konnte nicht bedient werden, die Fernbedienung war ok. Da es zu Ostern Ende April etwas kühl war, lief die Klimaanlage im Heizmodus mit 27 Grad Celsius was dann doch etwas warm war. Nach langer Suche haben wir bei einer Steckdose einen Schalter gefunden, der die Klimaanlage deaktiviert……

“This rental was not as advertised. Old food left in fridge and cabinets. Overwhelming smoke smell in apartment that was supposed to be non smoking. Bed linens were stained. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. Dishwasher door missing and inside very dirty. Not worth the money we paid at all. ”

“Che dire… struttura splendida, pulizia al top e piscina meravigliosa. Giovanna e suo marito sono stati molto disponibili e gentili, mi sono sentita a casa. Con una delle biciclette della struttura, sono stata al centro di Scoglitti in pochi minuti ammirando il fantastico lungomare. Stamattina esperienza unica, come consigliato da Giovanna, sono andata al porto, affascinata dal giungere delle barchette dei pescatori locali che espongono il pescato fresco tutto da comprare a pochi euro. “The unit is awesome. It is a very clean and beautiful place, well located close to everything we wanted to do. Met some great people. Hi to Frank from New Jersey. The hosts were incredibly helpful with everything, from places to see, eat and they even hooked us up with a local driver to get to our next destination (due to possible transportation strike). Claudio and his mother are just wonderful people.”

“The apartment was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed fir a two night stay.The location, on the ground floor at the top of the stairs overlooking Ibla was perfect.We parked a few blocks up hill at the underground parking.There was a convienient mini market less than a block away and a nice restaurant next door.”

“This apartment is modern, well laid out, with very nice and well-chosen furnishings. Three bedrooms worked well for us, and although one had a bunkbed, we were very comfortable.
