"Everything was amazing. The view, pool, service, breakfast, room and overall quality of the hotel. The only thing we wish was better is the elevators, they were very slow. But wasn’t a big problem compared to everything else. "

"We booked this as a last minute resort due to other accommodation being cancelled, the staff were amazing and so welcoming throughout our entire stay. The hotel is very boutique vibes, beautiful comfy beds and a lovely view. The location is 15-30 min out of town and there is not too many restaurants around the area. Otherwise 10/10 stay, pool was amazing!"

"Stunning hotel with excellent staff. We were greeted with drinks on arrival, our little one was greeted and made welcome too. Everyone said hello. Breakfast - huge selection for all needs/wants. Rooms- beautiful and staff cleaned as and when. They were excellent and friendly. The pool was clean and there were plenty of sun beds . Towels given out so no need to save a space. 15 mins from the airport. Kids area was super - lots to do and outdoor area well maintained and clean for them too. Beautiful beaches within 15 mins walking ( trainers needed as hilly) Best hotel we’ve stayed at! We will return! "

"The staff are extremely friendly making you feel special right from check in to restaurant! Nothing too much trouble. The views are amazing from every room of Santa Ponsa bay. The food is freshly cooked and beautifully presented. also cooked to order with a theme each night such as seafood or Spanish. There is a dining terrace overlooking the bay and if you time it right you have a front row table every time! We had a central Junior Suite on 3rd floor overlooking pool and the bay. It was very spacious with two single beds together which made a huge King size bed. Only criticism is bathroom needs attention. It is only separated from the bedroom by a wooden arch. There is huge jacuzzi bath which I can’t believe anybody uses and just takes up space. Also with the amount of counter space under the long mirror I feel there should be two basins. However the shower and toilet are in a separate room. Although the room is very spacious it is little tired and modernisation would be welcome. The pool and poolside is kept extremely clean and sunbeds checked every day. Not too much bed reserving so you can have breakfast and still get somewhere to sit by the pool. There is no beach as the hotel is built into the cliff side but there is a small jetty to jump in the sea. Overall the hotel is in a quiet residential neighbourhood with a few bars and shops a short walking distance and Santa Ponsa town 15-20 minutes walk. It’s the staff and views that make this hotel special. "

"I stayed for 8 nights with my daughters. Our room was spacious with a balcony and beautiful view! Upon our arrival Jaime greeted us, his level of customer service was top notch! Breakfast was included with our stay, I highly recommend that option as the buffet is incredible. Their dinner buffet is also outstanding! The one thing we would have liked was for the pool to remain open to at least 8pm- as it gets dark really late in Mallorca returning from the calas around 7-7:30 my girls would have liked a quick dip in the pool but it closes at 7:30. Other than that the hotel is excellent I highly recommend it!"
