“Liebevoll und sehr gastfreundliche Familie. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Jeden Tag bereitete Sun uns ein hervorragendes Frühstück und war sehr freundlich. In der Unterkunft gab es auch einen tollen und preiswerten Wäscheservice. Wir buchten auch eine Tour über die Unterkunft welche wesentlich preiswerter war als in der Stadt. Der Flughafenshuttle wurde organisiert. Auch wenn es einige Punkte gibt die verbesserungswürdig sind (Staub auf den Ablagen, kein Safe-wahrscheinlich auch nicht nötig,……

“Le cadre de l'hôtel, avec la piscine et la salle de restauration est vraiment très agréable. Dommage pour l'agencement de la salle de bains, avec une douche non fermée qui projette de l'eau partout dans la pièce. Les autres pièces de la chambre sont parfaites, tout comme l'ensemble du personnel de l'établissement toujours souriant et de bon conseil, c'était agréable.”

“Hotellet ligger 10min sykkelvei fra gamlebyen og stranden, perfekt sted da man får låne sykler på hotellet. Familien som eier og driver stedet gjorde hele vårt opphold! De stiller opp og ordner og fikser, holdt matkurs+lunsj for alle som bodde der pga nyttårsaften. Absolutt beste verten vi har hatt på reisen rundt i Vietnam!”

“A fantastic hotel to stay at in Hoi An.Wonderful staff in Vivian, Sally, Catherine, Minh, Hau and more who are extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating.Rooms are great with very comfortable beds, great shower and bathrooms, TV, fridge, compliments etc. Swimming pool is large and very clean.Very easy access to the heart of Hoi An town and Ancient district.The free bike use is marvellous and it is a 5 minute flat, relaxing ride into the heart.Very safe ride during the day or night.Breakfast……

“Stay here for 2 nights. Totally understand why it is highly recommended in different webs. 1. Clean and neat room, didn't expect the room quality is so high with this price. 2. Super friendly host, daughter Nhi explain the best in Hoi An to play and eat. And patiently answered all our queries with detail information. Mother is not good in english, but she can understand and she is always so eager to help. They make us feel so warm :) 3. FREE. Free breakfast with tons of food, free bike……

“非常開心能入住這間令人賓至如歸的酒店，酒店的老闆及員工都很好，致力為客人營造一個舒適乾淨的環境。房間亦很大很有特色，很喜歡房間有露台，感覺非常休閒。雖然離會安市中心有一段距離，但酒店有免費單車給客人，乘坐的士或Garb都只是約十多分鐘的路程。可惜我們入住的時候天氣很冷，否則非常想在酒店內很漂亮的泳池游泳，而且我很欣賞員工的勤力，就算沒人游泳，他仍努力保持泳池的整潔。酒店附近是鄉村，我們有時晚上回酒店時會走很少街燈的鄉村小徑，但感覺都很安全。”

“Every staffs were wearing smiling faces all the time. It was so touched to receive a handwritten Xmas card and chocolates from your staff. They also provided a complimentary Xmas buffet dinner to all room guests on the Xmas eve. Most surprising me was the cleaner not only came to make up the room once per day ,but everytime when We went out .They came up to change the towels , clean the garbage and decorate the room for us for a few times in a day. Their housekeeping service was excellent!……
