「When we arrived to check (3 couples traveling together) the guest in front of us was having trouble with his reservation.we stood in line over 30 min without a word of acknowledgment from the desk clerk or the manager that came out to help her for a few minutes. It was 6:30 pm and we hadn’t eaten yet. We finally rolled out our luggage and left to eat as there was no end in site from the problems they were having with the other customer. 「The room was nice enough, the bed was really comfortable. The only complaint, there was no coffee pot in the room...i mean, yes, there was a mini fridge and microwave, but no coffee pot. Other than that the room was fine. The breakfast was less than desireable. Not sure what was going on there...I didnt see anything onther than cold ceral and coffee in the dining area during bfast hours...that was at 8:00 a.m. on a Sat morning.」

「The check in lady was absolutely rude. I had already booked and paid online else I would have went to a different hotel. Bathrooms didn't have a switch for the fan. No microwaves. It was an overnight trip so didn't get to eat at the restaurants. Floor attendants never came up to us.」

「The Property is close to downtown and all the shops. It's located near major roads, but you don't hear the traffic. Parking spots were plenty. Breakfast was simple, but really good.」
