Very tidy, cute, comfortable house, perfect size for two people. Great ocean view. Easy walking distance to town of Cambria and the beach. Good dog-walking neighborhood!

Great time

Cambria is a wonderful time. The view from this property is amazing, there are places to hang out for all weather conditions- nice outdoor patio for when it’s sunny and warm, partially enclosed sun porch for when it’s sunny but cool, and fully enclosed sun porch for the windy or rainy weather. Easy walk to moonstone beach or town.

This property is comfortable, was very clean, and does have amazing views. There was an issue trying to find the location since you can't see the address from the road.

What a charming spot!

We drove up in the night, so waking up the next morning to the view was amazing. We spent a ton of time in the sunroom and it was very easy to walk into town for a bite or drink. It was a little stressful hustling across the PCH to get to the beach, but, it wasn’t impossible and being so close to that boardwalk was lovely. We loved this spot and plan to return!

The kitchen had every utensil you would ever need and was thoughtfully very decorated for Thanksgiving! The weather was perfect and they had a BBQ as well.

The staff at Breen Vacation Station answered all of our questions before we arrived quickly and efficiently. You will absolutely love the view from this property.....sunrises and sunsets are incredible! The decor could use some updating, but overall it was very comfortable.

The fireplace makes for a cozy evening. The kitchen is well equipped. The house was very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Can hear the waves at night. The fenced yard and screened in deck are nice if you have a dog. We hope to come back for a third visit.

Good value!

Cambria is great! It was our first visit and we enjoyed the entire area. Lots of places to walk/hike nearby between Moonstone boardwalk and Fiscalini Nature Reserve - plus Cayucos and Morro Bay are so close. Great restaurants - loved Robin’s particularly. Linn’a is a treat for lunch as well. Because we were traveling with dogs, our selection of houses to rent was limiting. It’s tough to beat this home given the price and location! Nothing really compares that allowed pets fit close to this price. It does need a bit of an update and the grounds and outdoor areas have been neglected, but nothing that compromised our stay - and if those things were done, the rental price would understandably need to be increased. All in all, we’d stay there again and certainly happily work with Breen Management. They were very communicative during the process - even allowing us the opportunity to change our dates to October when the flooding made travel difficult last spring.

Location was not across the road from the ocean - more like1/2 mile and across from CA-1. Stairs outside from driveway to door was uneven and hard to climb for anyone with stability issues. Ended up using the garage and the inside stairs. Did not expect it to be on 3 levels with so many stairs.
