Great location, but poor cleanliness and management

Good location, but staying here was spoiled by lack of attention to detail, unprofessional management, poor standard of cleanliness, and frustrating failures of appliances, heating system, and WiFi. *Only 1 raggy towel was supplied for a whole week. *The wardrobe was unusable because it was stuffed full of unclean bedding. *Heating was impossible to control and no instructions left. *The iron didn't work, and the flat was full of other broken appliances. *The WiFi details given were incorrect, when I finally obtained correct details it then all changed a few days later. *The stairs were very dirty, and the rest of the flat had obviously only had a dirty mop swished across the floor.
