The hotel was lovely very nice room and spa facilities were good. Pool a bit small but perfect for a dip. Unfortunately the music from the reception area was booming all day and night so I got little to no sleep. Very disappointing when on a business trip and needing to be well rested the next day. By 11.30 pm I went to reception and asked them to turn it down. Originally I had thought it was some kind of disco from the restaurant it was so loud! The guy behind the counter was apologetic and turned it off. However it was on again at 6am!! So my advice to anyone thinking of staying in this hotel is to ask for one of the rooms in the outhouses NOT the main hotel, if you want some sleep anyway!

I’d read some poor reviews before going, but that wasn’t our experience! Our one night stay was very comfortable, the staff were wonderful, the breakfast was marvellous and the opportunity to use the pool after arriving was very welcome.

Small room, wasnt cleaned well on the following morning of our stay. Spa was ok....again nothing special. Charged £10 a day to park on top of paying to stay. Breakfast was luke warm ate out the following day. Overall we thought it had the price tag of a high end hotel with the feel of a travel lodge. Staff were friendly. Won't be going back better for your money elsewhere.

Very comfortable room with everything one needs for most stays. Excellent breakfasts and as always very good value for money. Warm welcoming staff who are always helpful. Excellent parking although now on Ringgo App. Good road links although sat nav may mislead at nearby roundabout.

The food and staff were lovely, really enjoyed the spa and massages. The only thing was that our room number 21 was right above the restaurant. You could hear the doors slamming as staff go in and out the side doors of the restaurant and the music was audible through the floor. It was disturbing our sleep in the night and early morning hours.

The hotel was lovely, as were the staff. My concern is the parking, it’s not free even for guests. It is also very confusing, having arrived late and being unaware of the parking charges I am waiting to hear from the parking vendor about the late parking charges. It is only for the confusing and expensive parking charges that we won’t be staying here again.

Lovely room, although the bathroom smelt a bit damp. The restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast 5 stars for the chef and waiting staff. I used the pool which was lovely too, although the floor in the ladies changing room was dirty and a bit slippery. Sauna was nice - would definitely book again.

The staff were great, the room was adequate. I wanted to just arrive check in and sleep a little but immediately they tell you that you have to pay £10 per day for the car park! I found this to be a bloody cheek! Not only that but I spent the next half an hour running to and from reception as I couldn’t download the app. Also, I couldn’t get WiFi which was annoying. The TV had very limited choice of channels.

A very basic stay, everything looks beautiful on the outside, hotel staff very friendly, room nice size but not comfortable in terms of bed/pillows. Spa: steam room excellent, the sauna door doesn’t shut properly and also the rubber lining has fallen away therefore you lose a lot of heat, pool on the cool side and jacuzzi luke warm at best.
