I’d read some poor reviews before going, but that wasn’t our experience! Our one night stay was very comfortable, the staff were wonderful, the breakfast was marvellous and the opportunity to use the pool after arriving was very welcome.

Very comfortable room with everything one needs for most stays. Excellent breakfasts and as always very good value for money. Warm welcoming staff who are always helpful. Excellent parking although now on Ringgo App.
Good road links although sat nav may mislead at nearby roundabout.

Small room, wasnt cleaned well on the following morning of our stay. Spa was ok....again nothing special.
Charged £10 a day to park on top of paying to stay. Breakfast was luke warm ate out the following day.
Overall we thought it had the price tag of a high end hotel with the feel of a travel lodge.
Staff were friendly.
Won't be going back better for your money elsewhere.

The food and staff were lovely, really enjoyed the spa and massages. The only thing was that our room number 21 was right above the restaurant. You could hear the doors slamming as staff go in and out the side doors of the restaurant and the music was audible through the floor. It was disturbing our sleep in the night and early morning hours.

Lovely room, although the bathroom smelt a bit damp. The restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast 5 stars for the chef and waiting staff.
I used the pool which was lovely too, although the floor in the ladies changing room was dirty and a bit slippery. Sauna was nice - would definitely book again.

The hotel was lovely, as were the staff.
My concern is the parking, it’s not free even for guests. It is also very confusing, having arrived late and being unaware of the parking charges I am waiting to hear from the parking vendor about the late parking charges.
It is only for the confusing and expensive parking charges that we won’t be staying here again.

A very basic stay, everything looks beautiful on the outside, hotel staff very friendly, room nice size but not comfortable in terms of bed/pillows. Spa: steam room excellent, the sauna door doesn’t shut properly and also the rubber lining has fallen away therefore you lose a lot of heat, pool on the cool side and jacuzzi luke warm at best.
