「When I arrived the manager of the property was at the lockbox wear my keys were. He gave me an awesome greeting. The other people there made me a little nervous at first. But when I started talking to them I realized they were good people. If you are needing a place to stay for a good price I would recommend.」

「The host was accomdating. The condo could be better. I feel like if I owned it I would keep it up better. Rusted heat vent in the bathroom, dirty fans, handle broken on microwave, door very hard to open and shut. The worst thing was not knowing that there is no beach even at low tide. That would be good to show in pics or at least explain so people who don't normally stay that far down the island can make and informed decision.」

Currently they are set and don't offer early or late check in /check out times or additional parking passes. Parking on surf city is very difficult , so these amenities would be helpful.」

「The description is spot on. It is a tiny house, perfect what I was looking for. Daniel's commutation was great. The issue I had was there was a horrible ant infestation. Daniel contacted Terminex immediately. I was inconvenience in needing to be out of the space. He offered a full refund only if the infestation wasn't eradicated.
