"We stayed for for 4 days, we enjoyed the location and the unit itself, we didn’t like the layout of the property. Communication with the staff needs improvement, they closed the pool due to weather which is understandable however we were not notified about it reopening despite messaging them about it. Trash was not picked up even after we were instructed to place it outside our door. We woke up to it tore up by something. Overall I’d rate them a 3/5. Sedona and surrounding area 5/5."
