"Room was clean. Front desk staff were nice but slow in figuring out that they charged us twice - there was a mix up with Expedia. The main amenities were the airstream to get food, and pool and hot tub. The grounds were lovely and the location is hard to beat. Great viewing spot, very accessible to hiking trails, restaurants, shopping, and cultural activities."

"Property is older and it shows on the inside. But this place is a quick 30 minute drive to Sedona. Overall, the hotel is clean and maintained. Could use some paint in new floors, but I’m there to shower and sleep. Bed it’s soft and quite comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Continental breakfast was your basic continental breakfast waffle, a couple of cereals, some oatmeal. For the price and the quality this place was exceptional. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay here again and recommend to travelers, heading along the way"

"The report was quiet, clean, and updated. The only issues encountered was that the USB and electrical outlets on the nightstand did not work. We did get the ones on the alarm clock to work after we pulled out the night stand and plugged it in, but the other outlets did not work. The refrigerator was also defrosting and leaked throughout our stay. We did not request housekeeping as that is our preference. The only thing that could have been kept nicer/cleaner was the balcony and balcony furniture. We enjoyed a couples massage at the spa. It was amazing and the steam room was awesome!! Unfortunately, the weather was windy and a little too cool for us to enjoy the outdoor spaces very much. We did enjoy some drinks and appetizers from the on-site restaurant and everything was wonderful! We would visit again."

"Staff didn’t clean room daily only made bed/replenish coffee pots/towels. There was no closet. Breakfast had a lot of variety everyday, but the food was ok. One step to the pool area is loose and my family almost fell down. It only has a caution tape I love that it was centrally located and we enjoyed the fire pit and happy hour nights with live music. We also enjoyed our balcony with pool view"

"Very nice. Good location. Only problem was that the pool closed and we were notified only a few days before arrival. The hotel, however, waived the considerable Resort Fee, which I greatly appreciated. We would happily return."
