“We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Vista Napoli! The 2-floor apartment is spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Although it was quite a hassle (train-metro-cable car) for us to get up there without our own car, it was definitely worth it! The view is the city is incredibly and Mario & Mr. Giovanni are the nicest! ”

“Terrible experience. Place looks worn down and taken over by nature. Host changed my reservation for the day after because the system "made a mistake". Didnt work with the system only whatsapp. When I arrived to the property it was extremely lonely and dark. The key was not in the safebox next to the door. Host claimed first it could have been the cleaning lady. Host later said coworker would take it to me but it would take an hour. It was almost 11pm in a dark abandoned condominium. We took off……

"The location is perfect and the receptionists are friendly. However, it’s a bit inconvenient to carry luggage to enter from the front automatically door and it was broken so guests needed to move the door manually with heavy luggage….. it was not an unpleasant experience for the first time of the trip in the city. Moreover, the soundproof of the rooms were not so well. I was woken up by the noises around 8am… which means my journey became a bit stressful cuz of sleep less due to the noises…..! It would be great if those problems could be improving. Thank you for ur time! "
