We never got that call, after driving around for a bit, we came back that afternoon and was able to check in. We later discovered that the air in the front part of the suite was out. The room was clean and comfortable. The check in process was easy. The host was easy to message through Vrbo and he replyied within minutes. The offstreet parking is big plus too. ”
