「The room was large with many amenities (kitchen, large bathroom and shower, microwave and refrigerator and dining room table), but the room was not very clean. There were cobwebs in the window. There were dead bugs on the floor. The floor under the bed was filthy. The furniture was old and definitely needs to be updated. For example, the bed had a dip in the middle. The underside of the bed was hanging down to the floor. The metal pieces in the bathroom were rusted.」

「Breakfast was very minimal. Towels were old and thin. Walls were very thin ..could hear Grandpa cussing at the grandkids and Grandma telling them to shut up well past 11:30. Not staying here again. Everything else was okay 」

「I booked this through Expedia but then was also charged TWICE by the hotel for one night. The person who checked me in was confused and he charged me once and I asked him to reverse it. He claimed he did but the next morning I showed two charges for the stay (again I had already paid Expedia). The hotel is now looking into the matter. Also I was surprised to find that although Expedia charged me $40 more than the hotel would have charged me if I booked directly. I had assumed incorrectly that...

「This was a great choice of place to stay while we visited French Lick for my birthday weekend. Just a 10 min or less drive to the casino and lots of good restaurant choices. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and when we were first unloading our suitcases in the room we noticed the smoke alarm was chirping every minute needing new batteries. My husband went down to the desk and she gave us a different room right away. Breakfast was full buffet and the kitchen staff was very attentive keeping fresh...
