「This apartment was beautiful. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We did have some trouble getting through the gate when we arrived at 11pm at night but a rep from the rental company came to help us within 15mins and got us in. Even showed us around. Very helpful. The property itself could use some upgrades as the door locks were ancient and the one window in the living room wouldn’t shut or lock. Overall, we definitely would stay here again. 」

「The apartment was nice and clean and bright, in the authentic part of Florence. (Note there are about 25 steps up to the apartment.) We loved the location with bus stops nearby, and grocery store and cafe bar directly across the street where we had morning cappuccinos and purchased our bus tickets for the day.
