The apartment, recently renovated, is welcoming and tastefully furnished, also offers an outdoor area where you can relax, have breakfast or lunch/dinner al fresco.

The apartment consists of a living room (with a 1.5-sleeps sofa bed), equipped kitchen, a terrace with the possibility of eating outside, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom (can become a double); 2 of the bedrooms have its own en-suite bathroom complete with shower, while the third bathroom is in the corridor.
The apartment also offers free wi-fi, air conditioning (in the bedrooms), washing machine, microwave and free and private parking a few meters from the apartment.
A small beach, mixed with sand and pebbles, is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment is a 3-minute drive from the center of Campofelice, supermarkets and excellent restaurants and pizzerias.
Cefalù is just a 15-minute drive away, and Palermo is just 30 minutes away. Furthermore, the location in the center of the northern Sicilian coast and the proximity of the Buonfornello motorway junction will offer you the possibility of organizing day trips to any part of Sicily!

The resort offers some services such as: Swimming pool, playgrounds (tennis, five-a-side football, etc.), restaurant, equipped beach, entertainment. These services are NOT included in the accommodation rate but can be requested directly on site by paying an extra rate, daily or weekly, directly at the resort reception, however the availability of the services in the most requested periods (generally between 5 and 20 August) is not guaranteed.
