“Ruim en uiterst proper appartement vlakbij het strand van Can Picafort. Restaurants en supermarkten op wandelafstand. Parkeren konden we steeds voor de deur. En ja, de keuken is niet meer de nieuwste, maar wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en werkt naar behoren. “Pros: Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig an einem Kiefernpark, abseits der Hauptstraße. Der Stadtstrand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Lage ermöglicht aber auch sehr schöne Ausflüge mit dem Auto in die Umgebung: Feuchtgebiet Albufera, Cap Formentor, Platja de Muro (erstreckt sich von Alcùdia bis Can Picafort), Port de Pollenca, Cala Rajada etc.). Mitte Mai waren die Temperaturen noch sehr erträglich und der Ort noch nicht voll. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin per WhatsApp war……
