“Lovely villa in a quiet end of Can Picafort with beach less than 5 minutes walk away. We absolutely loved the villa’s outdoor area with its shade from the awnings and covered bbq and dining area and plenty of seating. The fresh pool was brilliant and was cleaned every other day. Inside all the amenities you would need are provided. An added bonus would have been some kind of welcome pack of water and things to make a drink with, as we had to literally go shopping as soon as we arrived, but apart……

“Die Finca ist gross und geräumig, ruhig gelegen und doch sehr zentral. Die Außenanlage lädt zum Träumen ein und es fehlt an nichts! Vorallem der grosse Pool ist wunderbar um an heißen Tagen zu verweilen. Er wird regelmässig kontrolliert und gereinigt. Auch im Innern lässt es sich an kälteren Tagen gut verweilen. Die Finca, die Zimmer, Küchenausstattung und Flair der Finca ist phänomenal. Wir kommen wieder ?”

“The owners are lovely and very charming and greeted us very warmly - the property however isnt well suited for a family with young children. The pool is absolutely tiny and so small its barely usable, I found the pictures quite misleading in that regard. The house is very dark with few light sources, and there is no AC so the house is not suitable for holidays in August. We found it very expensive for what it is. The gardens are lovely and very well kept. ”

“Good points - Angela the owner was very helpful and quick to respond. Wi-Fi round the house and pool area worked well. Kitchen in the poolside building was very usefull. Undercover parking for 2 cars was a bonus. It’s a large plot so quite a lot of room Things that could be better - pool is a little tired with some missing mosaic tiles and a large stone holding the filter cover down, and maybe could be a little cleaner. Pictures of the villa show an outside shower but this is no longer there.……
