- Small events may be approved on a case by case basis. All events must be approved in writing prior to booking this property.
- We are a dog friendly home. Please let us know if you are bringing one. There is a $50 fee per dog. We do not allow cats.
- This home allows a maximum of 8 adults.
- This property does require stairs to get to the first floor either through the basement or the front and back decks.
- Renter must be over 25 years old. We do not permit sleeping on sofas or furniture without prior approval. Depending on size of group we may require a refundable damage deposit.
Vacation Rental Liability Waiver
By booking this home, you acknowledge and agree to the following.
1. The Property includes use of many amenities which could pose danger if not used responsibly - including our backyard which has acres of rugged woods, an outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, firepits, exercise equipment, and games such as billiards, ping pong, and darts.
2. You are also aware that your stay at the property involves risks that may result in serious bodily injury and/or death. Some of the risks include drowning, falling, sports injury, slips, trips, falls, cuts, adverse weather conditions, the acts or omissions of guests or visitors on the property during your stay, and the condition of the property. You understand that the description of the risks in this Waiver of Claims and Assumption of Risk.
3. In consideration of being permitted to rent and stay at the property, you agree on your own behalf, your family, any and all guests, and invitees that you are fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. You hereby release and hold harmless the owner, host and its members, principals, agents, officers, employees, and representatives.
