Front desk- very slow… rooms aren’t ready! Many employees standing around…. Need to help the guests…. Get into their rooms asap… resort was clean but trash and dishes … left around! Little things make the difference …. Trash etc no excuse for that all around property… also had room w private pool ...

Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing.
