BEDROOM:

The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.



BATHROOM:

The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.



KITCHEN:

You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to:

- fridge/freezer

- stovetop

- oven

- crockery and cutlery

- dishwasher

- microwave

- toaster



We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.



LIVING ROOM:

The living room has a TCL 55` smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.



LAUNDRY AREA:

A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.



PARKING:

The carpark accommodates up to 2 cars. Paid street parking is also available along Mort Street, with pay-and-display zones offering time limits ranging from 30 minutes to 4 hours—and in some areas, all-day parking depending on signage.



COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:

You will have access to the building`s pool and gym throughout your stay. The pool is located on the 2nd floor, and the gym is located on the Ground floor to the right of the lifts on the Northbourne side of the building.



The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.



Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.



Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge



Your keys are offsite @ 23 Lonsdale St, Braddon - 300 metres from the property.



I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Just a short stroll away, you`ll find Barrio Collective, Lonsdale Street Roasters, and Sweet Bones Café, all known for their top-tier coffee and vibrant brunch scenes. For casual dining and drinks, BentSpoke Brewing Co., Grease Monkey, and Lazy Su are local favorites, consistently rated highly for their unique menus and buzzing atmospheres.



Shopping is just as convenient with The Canberra Centre only 10 minutes away, offering a wide selection of major retailers, fashion brands, and a fresh food market. For more local flavor, the boutique stores along Lonsdale and Mort Streets provide an eclectic mix of fashion, homewares, and specialty shops, while the Haig Park Village Markets on Sundays showcase handmade goods and local produce.



Nature and recreation are easily within reach. Haig Park, just across the road, offers a peaceful green space ideal for morning walks, while Lake Burley Griffin and Commonwealth Park are less than 10 minutes by car, perfect for lakeside picnics, scenic walks, and weekend paddleboarding. For panoramic views, Mount Ainslie Lookout is also nearby, offering sweeping vistas of the city and its landmarks.



Tourist destinations such as Parliament House, the National Gallery of Australia, Questacon, and the Australian War Memorial are all within a 10–15 minute drive, making the location ideal for both locals and visitors wanting to explore the nation’s capital. With the light rail stop just outside the building and frequent buses along Northbourne Avenue, getting around the city is effortless, whether you`re heading into Civic, Dickson, or beyond.



From the front door of Cento, the light rail is the easiest way to explore the city. The Elouera Street stop is located right outside the building, giving you direct access to Civic in just a couple of minutes. It’s also a smooth ride north to Dickson and Gungahlin, making it ideal for commuting, shopping, or a casual day out.



If you’re taking the bus, you’re well connected. Several major bus routes run along Northbourne Avenue, just steps from your door. Whether you`re heading to the ANU, Canberra Airport, or Woden, the bus network makes it simple to travel across the city without needing a car.



Driving is equally convenient in this central location. With main roads nearby, you can reach Canberra’s top attractions—like Parliament House, Lake Burley Griffin, and the National Gallery—within 10 to 15 minutes. Rideshare services like Uber and taxis are also readily available, perfect for nights out or quick errands.



Walking is one of the best ways to enjoy the neighborhood. Braddon is flat, safe, and incredibly walkable. Within minutes, you can reach dozens of cafes, bars, boutique shops, and the Canberra Centre. Everything you need is close by, making it easy to leave the car at home.



For those who prefer two wheels, the area is also very bike-friendly. Dedicated paths link Braddon to the city, the lake, and surrounding suburbs, offering a scenic and efficient way to get around. Shared e-scooters are also a popular option, often parked just outside the building and ideal for short trips.



Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.



Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.

1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.

2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" except for service or emotional support animals and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.

3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).

4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.

5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.

6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.

7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.

8. You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times, as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).
