Ideally located near the shops and only 5 minutes from the sea, you will have a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an umbrella bed, a shower room, as well as a private terrace facing south! Sheets and towels are provided.

The accommodation
With a surface area of 52 m², the house is as follows:

Day area on the ground floor:
- Living room with sofa bed (2 beds), TV, bluetooth speaker.
- Equipped kitchenette open to the living room: oven, fridge, freezer, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, dining area with table for 4 people.
- Bathroom with shower, WC, hair dryer.

Upstairs sleeping area, accessible by stairs:
- Attic room with a queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), and an umbrella bed.

Outside:
- Private terrace of 25 m² facing south, and furnished with garden furniture, a barbecue, and two deckchairs. The terrace is not overlooked, thanks to the hedges.

- Cancale at 5 min by car : Super U with petrol station, bakery, tobacco, the port with its restaurants and oyster beds, market...
