「Very nice pools, onsite restaurant with excellent food & service. Wonderful building staff, great view. But worst rental experience ever. At one point, we asked to add 2 nights. Owner agreed, we paid the difference. Later we found that we couldn’t do extra nights after all, so asked to return to original dates. Tried repeatedly to reach owner by phone, email, Vrbo messaging for 6 weeks before trip. No response. Finally called Vrbo, they reached out, owner then said booking we had didn’t allow...
