“The room was very clean and nice. Check-in was a bit challenging, only Spanish speaking agent with a very completed registration.
During the holiday season the close town is very busy it’s a bit hard to find parking and restaurants. The large room has only one bathroom upstairs which could be a bit of a disturbance for the person in the lower floor.
In general a very nice place with great views.”

“Very kind welcome. Supermarket opposite to the hotel for people who want to make diner or breakfast. Near the historic center of Oviedo and several ‘siderias’ around the hotel. Comfortable appartments.”

“Highly recommended! The rent is incredibly affordable for the area, but no compromises were made on quality. Our host, Javi, was wonderful—welcoming us warmly and offering great tips on city transit and day trips. The apartment itself is immaculate, stylishly decorated, and perfectly maintained. It features every amenity you could need, making it a truly inviting home away from home.”

“Staff was mostly great and responsive to make things right in every way. There was “one thing” that has yet to be completed but I’m hope it will be? Location was in the heart of old town and easily walkable to most historic sites bars and restaurants. Sound proofing was great for this inner city property. If you require laundry facilities this is your place. I will modify this review once the “one thing” is completed to my liking.”

“Absolutely beautiful, special and central location. I always stay here when visiting family. Very well stocked kitchen, and all amenities within a 2 min walk, ( market, spa, cathedral, banking museums and so on). Great value for the cost, will continue to return. ”
