Apartment house "El Jardín en Cuevecitas", 500 m a.s.l.. 5 apartments in the property. In the district of Cuevecitas 6 km from the centre of Candelaria, 30 km from the centre of Santa Cruz, 51 km from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz, on a slope, 6 km from the sea. For shared use: natural state property 5'000 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (above ground) round (4.50 m diameter, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Luis Otazo Marrero" 2.6 km, sandy beach 6 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence.

teveel tegenvallers

De woning is moeilijk bereikbaar, het parkeren is lastig, de veschoning is slechts 1x per drie weken, de wifi's werken slecht (er is wel een repeater, maar die werkt niet), TV werkt ook af en toe niet. Kortom er zijn vele verbeteringen die dringend noodzakelijk zijn. Uitzicht is prima, er is warm water onder de douche, maar niet bij de wastafel.
