AMAZING VIEW from the balcony. Very well appointed apartment, comfortable bed, lovely big bathroom, sun loungers on the balcony, fast WiFi for home working, Mercadona within a few minutes walk and a lovely Italian “Gusto Pizza” a few mins in the other direction. It did get quite windy on the balcony on 2 of the days but the others were a gorgeous temperature. Would stay again.

Sitio muy agradable! Apreciamos los detalles como el bizcocho (delicioso) y todo lo demás para el desayuno para varios días que habíais dejado para nosotros. La cocina está muy bien equipada. El cuarto de estar tiene una vista maravillosa del mar pero para ojos no tan jóvenes la luz por la mañana deslumbra bastante. Total, una buena experiencia.

Wir kommen seit Jahren und fühlen uns richtig Zuhause in "unserem Apartment". Es war wieder eine wundervolle Zeit und es wurde sich wieder sehr viel Mühe gemacht. Vielen Dank wir werden wieder kommen.

Wie immer toll.

Wir kommen jedes Jahr und haben uns auch in diesem Jahr wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Apartment fühlen wir uns richtig Zuhause und die Lage mit der tollen Promenade und den netten Restaurants finden wir auch sehr schön. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr.

Toller Urlaub in einem schönen Appartement

Wir haben die tolle Aussicht genossen und uns fehlte nichts in der Unterkunft. Da unsere Koffer zwei Tage Verspätung hatten, waren wir sehr froh eine Waschmaschine im Appartement zu haben und nutzten diese auch. Der Pool war sehr erfrischend und die Umgebung entspannt ruhig und authentisch. Ein paar Bars in der Nähe waren sehr einladend, aber im Apartment nicht zu hören. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Traumwohnung mit fantastischem Meerblick

Wir hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub in dieser modern eingerichteten Penthousewohnung mit viel Platz für 2 Personen, großem Badezimmer mit Dusche, je einer Klimaanlage in den beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer und einer gut sortierten Küche. Die Kontaktaufnahme per Email verlief absolut zügig. Leider suchten wir anfänglich den auf dem Foto und in der Beschreibung aufgeführten Terrassengrill, doch bereits Stunden später wurde uns ein kleiner Grill inkl. Holzkohle vom Eigentümer vor die Haustür gestellt. Noch einen Tag später gab es einen leckeren selbstgebackenen Apfelkuchen. Vielen Dank nochmals hierfür. Am allerschönsten ist der frontale Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer, jeden Morgen konnten wir den Sonnenaufgang bewundern. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gesäubert und 1x pro Woche frisch mit Meerwasser befüllt. Der Weg zum Strand/Badebucht ist nicht weit (knapp 10 Minuten) und es lohnt sich die Taucherbrille mitzunehmen. Es ist Stöhnen auf hohem Niveau, doch irgendwie hat mir in den ersten Tagen ein Minibackofen gefehlt. Mit dem vorhandenen Toaster konnte ich keine Brötchen aufbacken. Zu Glück entdeckten wir direkt schräg gegenüber einen Gemüseladen, welcher auch frische Baguettes verkauft.

Immer wieder gerne!

Wir waren jetzt schon zum wiederholten Mal da und sehr zufrieden. Am Schönsten ist natürlich der Balkon mit der tollen Aussicht, aber auch das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders aufmerksam ist die Kaffeebar mit dem liebevollen Willkommensgruß. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und wir freuen uns jetzt schon. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden!

Erstklassige Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk eines Mehrfamilienhauses und hat einen sehr schönen Balkon, der direkt zum Ozean weist. Leider war das Wetter während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr windig, sodass wir die Terrasse kaum nutzen konnten. Umso schöner die Wohnung. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet und hat sogar eine Waschmaschine. Als Willkommensgruß haben wir uns über Wein und Kaffee (davon genug für eine ganze Woche!) gefreut. Auch sonst war alles da. Für den landestypischen Standard eine erstklassige Wohnung. Über die hellhörigen Türen muss man in Spanien eben hinweg sehen. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Limpieza perfecta Es la tercera vez que voy . Todo muy bien. Eso si, en relación a la primera vez había menos variedad de cuchillos y no habían cojines ni en las camas ni en los sillones . Tampoco estaría mal un mantel para la mesa . Pero de resto estupendo.

Wunderschöner Meerblick

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment in Candelaria direkt über dem Meer. Die Wohnung ist super. Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung und vom Balkon traumhaft. Abends auf dem Balkon Grillen ist ein besonderes Highlight. Die Nachbarn waren alle sehr freundlich, das Haus gepflegt. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Im Norden der Insel gibt es viel zu entdecken. Das Anaga Gebirge ist nicht weit und lädt zum Wandern ein. Las Teresitas, einer der schönsten Strände der Insel ist ebenfalls "um die Ecke". Alles war wunderbar. Sehr empfehlenswert. Kissen fürs Sofa Polster für Draußen

A lovely apartment with excelent views located in a slightly boring neighborhood with many abandoned

Dear Top Kanaren and the owner of Over the Ocean. First we will say so much thank you for the very nice welcome package. We enjoyed all the cold beverages, the different kinds of coffee etc., the wine and not to forget the homemade cook, uhmm... We enjoyed also the apartment and the spectacular views. Unfortunately it was not possible to use the terrace because of the weather. All the 7 days of our stay it was blowing strong from NE and E which made staying nearly impossible. The few times we tried, we had to "keep on hat and glasses" and everything that was on the table. We had to secure the furnitures as they floated around and also had to wash the windows when they were sprayed with salt water. Of course, no one is the master of the weather, but unfortunately it ruined much of the pleasure for us. As we can understand the prevailing winds are from NE. So we are probably not the only ones who have encountered this problem which unfortunately degrades the quality of the accommodation.

Ruhe über dem Atlantik

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen: Auf der Terrasse und im Wohnzimmer ist nur das Rauschen des Meeres zu hören und Ruhe kehrt ein. Die Wohnung ist bis ins Detail liebevoll ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Hinzu kommt, dass wir uns sehr willkommen fühlten: ein Kuchen, Getränke, Wein, Kaffee standen bei unserer Ankunft bereit. Mitten in der Woche tauchte ein zweiter selbst gebackener Kuchen durch Zauberhand vor unserer Wohnungstür auf. Ganz herzlichen Dank an die Eigentümer! Caletillas ist nicht die schönste Lage von Candelaria, aber die Terrasse über dem Atlantik ist spektakulär und kaum zu übertreffen. Deshalb haben wir auch bei der Lage die Höchstwertung gegeben. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal. Danke.

Toller Urlaub in einem tollen Apartment.

Uns hat die Zeit in dem sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Apartment sehr gut gefallen. Am allerbesten hat uns der Blick aufs Meer gefallen. Jeden Morgen haben wir einen traumhaften Sonnenaufgang genossen. Abends kann man manchmal die Lichter von Gran Canaria sehen. Außerdem ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Promenade von Las Caletillas/Candelaria. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
