"There was four staff members that made my stay enjoyable. Naomi, Joel and Daniel at the front desk and I lady who always greeted us at the buffet she had a pleasant smile always accommodating. With out those four staff members we would of left and hone to another hotel."

"Host (Rafael) - 10/10 for communication and discreetness. Rafael lives in a dwelling under the main house. The only times we saw him were when he was cleaning the pool or we had questions.
