「Beautiful view clean and great staffs 」

「The stuff are very friendly and helpful, they seems to know you very well! The atmosphere is quite good, we all love the collection and the service. The room is very clean and sweet, however, the hot water was not so hot when we had shower at night, but it became hotter in the morning.」

「This place is fabulous. If you go there book the room with Safari Park view. Wake up like in Afrika. Giraffes and Buffalo just in front of your window. Good connection and shuttle bus to Surabaya. As well the food is fantastic. The breakfast is just a dream. 」

「Definitely the best value for your money. The room is quite spacious, ie, not squeeshy, like many hotels these days. Very clean, very well designed interior, it's catered more for the millenials (but I love it and I'm a Gen-X!), the room and the entire hotel is light and airy. Very friendly and helpful staff. If all fave hotels in Indonesia are like this one, I'd definitely stay in a fave hotel again whenever I'm in Indonesia. Highly recommended, 5 star for everything.」
