“整體來說可以，員工服務不錯 房間清潔程度不夠 部分房間窗戶破舊 而且三人房只有兩套杯 及衛生用品 淋浴設備 水力充是 而且熱水可以洗澡只是浴室有點清潔不足 但作為中轉站 是可以接受的 。”

“Une catastrophe !!! Nous devions passer 3 nuits, nous avons été obligé d’écourter notre séjour afin de n’y passer qu’une seule nuit tellement l’état était ignoble. Le logement est tout à fait insalubre, nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude (a la limite cela peut passer) mais lorsqu’en arrivant nous avons découvert les cheveux coincés dans la douche, le rideau de douche troué, noire de crasse, ça en était trop ! Je vous passe les détails de l’état des rideaux au niveau de la fenêtre, des traces au……

“Stayed one night at Royal Shanaya Villa, 3 bedroom. Loved the luxurious bed and private pool. It was clean and in great condition. The grounds of the property are amazing. The shuttle was quite fun! Contra: the river could be cleaned up. There is construction next to our villa.”

“The staff hospitality and service was great but I feel not really comfortable with the room because bugs can get in somewhere. I just left some snacks open for less than 5 minutes and it already covered in ants.”

“An absolutely perfect stay! The staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful, they are genuinely a credit to the business. We (late 30’s couple) stayed in a private ensuite room - it was very clean and had everything you could need. Basic but perfect for our 2 nights. The hostel itself was beautiful. So clean and well manicured. There’s a fridge/cooker etc if needed. The communal areas were really well thought out and the whole place was pretty much silent the whole time we were there.……

“All was lovely. The staff were pleasant. Typical Javanese Breakfast of rice, noodles, tempeh and coffee was good. The room was nice and location was on a quite Street just off of Ijen with several local restaurants nearby. We were hoping to extend our stay for a week but the WiFi was nonexistent and we could not get cell service in the room. WiFi worked okay in the lobby just outside but because of this we found another hotel just around the corner.”

“The hotel room was a horror. Everything was dirty, the sheets were stained and there was an anthill in the corner. You don't even get toilet paper. We checked out again immediately.”
