“This apartment is a basement that is connected to the upstairs house that has a dog. If you are allergic to dogs, you should not stay here. Other than that, everything else was great. We did not understand that it was a basement apartment, you can hear the people upstairs just like in any normal basement.Sharon is a gem! She lives upstairs and was very responsive to us. She had even prepared a special treat for our daughter. She was very kind and you could tell that she loved what she was doing!……

“Great little place for a quick getaway. Wish we could have stayed longer! Very clean and the beds were super comfy. Well stocked with all the basics you need. “We were pleasantly surprised at how big the rooms were. The location was great. Close to everything. And it was nice and quiet. It was nice & clean too. Ned was comfy. It was a good deal for the money. There were a couple of suggestions I made to the owner such as the need for a comfy chair in the livingroom, and the need for a few more hand towels and dish towels in the kitchen and bathroom & maybe a casserole dish and a mixing bowl in the kitchen.
