「Very cute, fun place to stay. The toilet room is very tiny and offers the neighbors a direct view of your bathroom business though. Could use some curtains on front of bus to prevent.」

「Excellent experience in there. I’ll rent again」

「Great place to stay. I will go back there.”」

「Great cozy place.」

「Better than any other rental we have experienced! Fully equipped with all the necessities and more. The home is well-maintained and comfortable in every aspect. Even the hot tub was CLEAN and inviting. Would absolutely return - wonderful!」

「Very nice place 」

「Great and very peaceful location. We will be returning to stay again in the future」

「This was a great stay for us! The hot tub worked and was clean, everything is as described in the listing, and only about 20 mins from downtown Asheville- perfect location to be away but still close enough to do things. We had an awesome weekend.」

「This worked out well for my family. My husband is a wheelchair user and the property worked well, especially the ramp in the garage. The house was clean and inviting and in a lovely area. It felt remote and surrounded by nature while still being a short drive from Asheville and other adventures in the area. Thank you so much for your hospitality!」

「My family of three really enjoyed the Hominey cottage. The original pic showed a washer/ dryer combo and that wasn’t available just fyi; otherwise everything was smooth and super cozy. Jon was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly! We would stay again!」

「It was very spacious and accommodated a lot of people, especially several families with little ones and children. There was lots of room to roam around and spend time, and also the Biltmore like with its walkways was a very nice place to enjoy, although it was fenced off for only “local residents”… we were still able to enjoy the beautiful fall scenery and weather. Make sure to figure out your ac controls before the night in case it’s cold!」

「Aside from a few hiccups, which the host was extremely quick to communicate with and resolve, we had a great experience. It's a little mind boggling how much the price can fluctuate depending on time of year but that's true for every property on Vrbo and otherwise. We'd definitely stay here again.」

「This was the nicest Vrbo we have been to. We have been taking family vacations each summer for several years now and your place was stocked the best and with the nicer items. I would definitely recommend for anyone coming to this area.」

「Very nice accommodations. Clean environment. Very comfortable bed. Nice double vanity sink for couples. Full size shower with extra linens closet. Nice porch for outdoor R&R. Communication with host was fast and friendly. Anytime we needed anything host was accommodating. Appreciated the chalk board welcoming us with our name.I will definitely keep in mind for any future Asheville stays.」

「Well situated and quiet, the “Rad Pad” was a nice respite at the end of each day from exploring Asheville. We would certainly come back!」

「Property was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Nice accommodations but you must be able to go up stairs for the bedrooms and kitchen.」
