“You get what you pay for. $100 bucks does not go far nowadays. The room was a pet room and smelled like it. The carpets need to be replaced with hard flooring for a pet room. People were yelling and screaming outside late at night, so naturally my dog was barking. Overall it was clean enough. Shower had no water pressure and breakfast was typical.”

“We stayed in the Airstream trailer called Loretta. It was beautiful! The setting by the lake was beautiful too. There was a fire pit with chairs and supplies to make s'mores too. There was a restaurant on-site, but we brought our own food. We wish we could have enjoyed the outside areas more, but it was just too hot the day we were there.”

“The hotel was very clean and the lady that checked us in was very helpful with dinner recommendations. We had a king studio room with a sofa sleeper for our child and on first impression it was very clean and spacious. The main drawback for this hotel is that the thermostat in the room was locked to not allow the AC to go below 68 degrees. The unit actually cut off at 69 and then back on when it reached 70. We were hot all night long. We stay in hotels frequently and I know it is normal……

“I travel at least a dozen times every year and normally stay at a Comfort Inn. I was extremely pleased with my stay in Crossville TN. I was very pleased with my room and the staff were happy to help a disabled senior lady. One thing that that really jumped out to me was that I could actually smell the cleanliness, even in the hallways. Some of my family members stayed there a few years ago, and hearing their comments, it seems this Comfort Inn has kept up their standards!”

“This bed and breakfast was peaceful, lovely, clean, and comfortable. A truly delicious breakfast. Charming, warm, and helpful owners. Two fantastic over look views - one from the back deck of the home and the other from a slight hike a few hundred yards from the property. A quaint, historic town, in which I can recommend the Italian restaurant and the train station museum. We stayed in the Magnolia Room which is quite large and offers a jacuzzi tub and a shower. The bed had the softest……

“The location was great. Check-in was easy. Plenty of parking. The room was clean. The AC in the room got very cool which we really appreciated after a hot day. The bed was a little firm, but that seems to be the case with most hotels. The breakfast was pretty good. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.”

“It was a cut and dry stop, but the Non-Smoking room had a musty smoke smell as if it was at one point a smoking room. We aired out the room and slept fine but it took a bit to get used to the smell.”

“TV didn’t work, staff came in a couple times the second time it worked for about an hour then no signal again. Was told they were in the process of replacing TVs I. The rooms.”

“They don’t change sheets and pillowcases. Hair on sheets and bad smell on pillows. Roach shows up on table also.”
