"There wasn't anyone to check us in or out. We had to leave a phone message and go elsewhere after being told we could check in anytime after 12.30 pm. When we were called back, it was arranged how we could access our rooms. There wasn't anyone to check us out either, the office was locked. Being a long weekend, I would have thought there would have been more customer service. Having said this, the rooms were clean and comfortable but the traffic noise was a little loud for my liking."

"We stayed on a Saturday and the office closed at 5pm. There was an issue with the TV sound. I rang the motel number to get assistance but was put through to a call service. No-one bothered to ring me back so I had to sit on the end of the bed as I could barely hear the TV. The drinking glasses in the cupboard were not cleaned properly ( they had lip marks on them). The room was very small compared to every other Mantra I’ve stayed at. No counter to put your bag on in the bathroom. The towels were damp as they are kept on a shelf below the sink which leaks from the tap. The bed was soft and comfortable."

"Very hard to get in touch with staff. Didn’t see any staff on our two day stay. Extremely loud property (which is due to location) Pool had algae on the bottom. Very tired accommodation- fine if you are desperate for a place to sleep. "
