The best thing about this hotel is location. In the center of all only 2 blocks from the beach. I would definitely stay again as a result. Otherwise this should be a 3 star hotel. Rooms are very small and outdated. Hotel also offers no parking even paid.

Nice little hotel .

The front desk representative was very nice and helpful. The hotel is super central( everything is minutes away)to the train station (7 minutes walk) and the famous La Croisette ( 4 minutes walk). The beaches is just 5 minutes by walking . The only downside the room is a bit small.

This was our first visit and we were so impressed with how friendly and helpful all the staff were. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the Croisette. Good value. We would highly recommend it.

Nice stay in Cannes

Very good location and overall a very nice hotel. We were placed facing the street (despite asking for a quieter room) right across from a late night bar. We also were placed in a room for individuals with disabilities, which means there was no shower or curtain and the bathroom became soaked. Minor inconveniences, but they dampened our overall enthusiasm for the room.

Location is great and the room is modern but the checkin was annoying. They send a form to fill for your requests before arrival but then they dont give you what you ask for and complain that you should have informed them ahead!

Simplement parfait

J'y suis passé juste pour une nuit. Le personnel a été vraiment attentionné, je suis arrivé tard le vendredi soir, quelqu'un m'attendait. J'ai été surclassé sans en faire la demande, après 6 heures de TGV c'est très appréciable. L'hôtel est très silencieux. J'ai bénéficié du petit déjeuner (payant en supplément), très frais et fourni. Le check out s'est passé très rapidement.
