服務人員是救援投手

飯店位置就在坎城車站前面，門口對著尼斯機場直達車的車站，相當方便，要走路去逛街或老城區也都很近。 房間用的是老式鑰匙，我住的 #230 連房間內部都得用鑰匙鎖門不是很方便，但我同事住的 #229 就有另外的門鎖可用。 房間隔音不好，我同事在隔壁講公務電話，我隔著牆都聽得見他在說什麼，另外就是我那間房間的浴室有個臭味無法解決（不是沒打掃乾淨的問題，懷疑是管線） 房間裝飾有用心，床也算好睡，只是全身鏡前面就是掛衣服的架子，把要掛的衣服掛起來之後就沒有鏡子用了，這有點瞎。 但服務人員很棒，也很熱心，我們一天內進進出出數次，每次進出都要把鑰匙交回櫃臺，大概一天半之後有幾位服務人員就不必我們報房號，都記得我們住哪間了。她們的服務態度會是我下次回來出差還會願意把這間飯店列入考慮的主要因素。

Blockage basin and smelly blanket

There are only one staff to serve in the hotel after 6:00pm. You will have the feeling back to college that no service for the lodging! I have late check in around. 6:00 pm and I find out the toilet problem later. However, the reception inform me that is impossible to change room and no one can help. I have to use the shower for cleaning my face! Everything are old and needed to be repair. However, the receptionist is kind and friendly!

My accommodation was spacious. I booked the Triple Room, which has two Balconies. All that was in our rooms was clean and positioned neatly. The staff are very kind and helpful as needed. They are a 24 hour service, which is amazing! The hotel itself is in a very convenient location because you’re not only directly across from the train station, but there is plenty of delicious food selection from cafés and restaurants that are all walking distance to some amazing areas. The popular shopping strip is near too. There are parking garages near by as well in case you drove and need a secure place to park. Your stay here is worth it. Enjoy!

Poussière à faire dans la chambre car pleins de poussière au dessus du lit. La clim s’est mise à couler sur le lit donc obligé de faire venir le technicien. Le ménage quotidien est fait mais obligée de demander à 3 reprises de le faire. Et le sol n’est pas nettoyé. Sinon l’hotel est bien dans l’ensemble.

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. When we checked in, we were given a key to our room. When we went into the room, it was occupied by someone else!! The staff was really confused about who was supposed to be in which room, and it took them about 15 minutes to realize that they had inadvertently assigned someone else our room. Upon getting to our room, the first thing that was noticeable was that the carpets in the hallways and rooms were filthy. There were stains everywhere. The shower grout had mold in it, and there was pink splatter on the sink and in the shower (not sure what that was). There’s absolutely zero excuse for not cleaning the carpets, and it made me question the hygiene of the facility overall. The hallways were pitch black, and the lights only turned on with motion detection, which was very scary for a girl walking in a hotel hallway at night time. During the trip, my friend twisted her ankle. When we walked back to the hotel at night, I wanted to get her some ice so that she could ice her ankle. When I asked the staff for ice, he said he didn’t have access to the kitchen and couldn’t give us ice. How is that even possible? And lastly, my safe was not working and I asked the staff to send someone to fix it. She said she would send him right away, but after 30 minutes, he still hadn’t shown up. So I got in the shower. About five minutes into my shower, he walked into the room and saw me. It was just a horrible experience from beginning to end.

This hotel doesn’t deserve 4 stars. The lobby was nice but the where not. In the listing on Hotels they only show the expensive room. We had the cheapest one and the room itself felt so dirty and cheap. The paint job in the trim was awful and the door had a so thick layer of paint on it that it wouldn’t even close properly and it didn’t even have a lock. The show space wasn't even properly cleaned and you could stil se some black mold? By the door. The shower door also didn’t work properly. The interior and quality of the trim don’t deserve 4 star. What do dessverre 4 star was the workers and their service, they were really nice and offered us help when we needed it. The location was really good. All in all the rom was not 4 stars worthy and the same brand hotel in nice is more worthy of your money (crisol mozart)

Veldig små dobbel eller 2 mannsrom. Ikke godt egnet for 2 personer. Veldig små bad. Totalt ca 17m2. Dårlig utvalg frokost, litt slitt inventar, liten heis. Hyggelig bemanning, AC som virket. Velger noe annet neste gang.

The Hotel for the price during a peak was well worth it. The location is incredible you can walk anywhere within 4min. It’s well appointed spacious rooms and clean. The Buffett for $15 is a little lackluster the eggs not sure what they were and no fresh fruit other than an Apple, but coffee and pastry selection were fine. In my opinion in town will cost you about the same. I had 3 cafe and pastry’s, cheese. (Breakfasts out was $20 euro.) The buffet room was cold for my liking especially for Cannes wear a sweater if you get cold. I would definitely recommend the hotel. Do keep in mind you are 1 street from the tourist normal area. Train station is directly across the street perfect if you are coming and going from the station.

Really lovely stay. Opposite the train station and about 8 min walk to the beach. Room was cute and clean. My room had a small balcony with bistro table and chairs. My first time staying at this hotel and I would definitely stay again.
