Belle vue sur mer

Belle terrasse avec vue sur mer, piscine agréable, appartement bien agencé. Un lit en 160 serait un plus

Déco datée meubles et canapés défraîchis ! Propreté globale : terrasse - étendoir à linge rouillé ventilateurs plein de poussière Vue mer sur 90 degrés et pas 180 vis à vis voisinage Chambre 1 - petite vue mer avec petite fenêtre pas de baie vitrée - TV chambre chaînes incomplètes malgré relance de recherche - Mobilier ancien - Salle de bain chambre 1 inaccessible ; baignoire derrière mur accès compliqué Chambre 2 - Lumière de plafonnier ne fonctionne pas - pas-de-porte vue. Donne sur coursive arrière immeuble passage du train pas trop gênant mais bien présent - Pas d’accès aux prises électriques cachées derrière les lits - Prises mal fixées au mur Chambre 3 - Pas une réelle chambre mais cellier aménagé avec 2 lits superposés et fenêtre 30x30… vitres donnant sur salon Cuisine : frigo basique Une fois assis dans salon pas vue mer car balustres trop épaisses Obligation de prendre la voiture pour tous les achats (pain etc….) aucun commerce de proximité a pied. En résumé ce n’est pas une vue pleine mer mais une vue d’angle, et cet appartement est daté; dont les tissus (canapés, tête de lit…) accusent les nombreux passages. Correct mais décevant Belle réactivité de la personne en charge de la gérance du bien

Bon sejour

Appartement bien situe pres de la mer et un petit port charmant. Randonnees dans l'Esterel facile d'acces derriere la residence. L'appart est au 2ieme etage sans ascenseur mais la vue de la terrasse merite la montee.

Magnifique séjour

L’appartement est très agréable dans une très belle résidence. La terrasse est spacieuse et la vue superbe. La mer est à deux pas. Magnifique séjour. Je recommande.

Agréable appartement,très bien équipe ,bien situé pour la randonnée sans prendre la voiture,superbe piscine et en prime un accueil chaleureux du propriétaire .
